Consent to the processing of personal data for the purpose of processing an order, according to the customer’s specification.
The orderer of the service and the user of the “contact form” grants consent to the processing of personal data pursuant to § 13(1)(b) of Act No. 18/2018 Coll. on Personal Data Protection, as amended and in effect, to the processing of the required personal data for the purpose of processing and delivering the service, by the company AVKP, s.r.o., Company ID (IČO): 47649691, registered office: Na Karlove 783/40, Banská Bystrica 974 01 (hereinafter only the “service provider”). The orderer consents to the service provider processing the personal data thus provided in its own information system for the purpose of registering and handling their request. The orderer grants this consent for a period of two years from the day it is granted. The orderer or the user has the right to:
- The right to erasure of personal data
- The right to rectification of personal data
- The right to restriction of processing of personal data
- The right to accuracy of personal data
- The right to object to the processing of personal data
